Newsletters

To reduce stress and confusion for all parties involved, a deadline will be set for submitting any information you'd like to include in the Monthly Newsletter. We prefer all information to be sent to Robin Turnmire by the end of the month preceding the gathering. For example, the information for the November Newsletter is due by the October Gathering/Board meeting. The cutoff date, as discussed in the meeting held on February 7th, will be the last Friday of the month. For instance, the last Friday in October will be the LAST DAY to send in what you would like to be sent out in the November Newsletter.
